simply the pets is able to retain your keys on file or return them to you when you are back, in which case you will need to notify us when you arrive home to make the necessary arrangements.
simply the pets will use the key to enter your home to conduct the service agreed and for no other purpose and will keep it safe, not let anyone else have it, not copy it and will return it to you on demand.
All keys that are retained by simply the pets are kept securely in a safe and are coded. No addresses or phone numbers are ever attached to the keys and identifying codes are kept in a seperate safe.
