Our prices reflect the experience, time and professional care that goes into every walk and visit. With over 18 years' experience, professional training, insurance, licensing and established systems behind our service, we believe in providing care you can genuinely feel confident in.
Dog Walking
Group Walk - 1hr
£25 per walk
Doggy Day Out
£40 per dog
Two one-hour group walks, plus collection, drop-off and rest time in between.
Weekend Walk - 1hr

Pet Sitting
1 visit a day

Home visits for cats and small animals, tailored around their usual routine and individual needs.
Puppy Care
Puppy Visit - 30 minutes

A few things to know
PAYMENTS
Dog Walking
Regular dog walking is invoiced monthly in advance, with payment due by the 1st of the month.
Pet Sitting
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your scheduled service. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is received.
We do not accept cash payments. Late payment charges may apply. STP reserves the right to withhold services in the event of non-payment.
BANK HOLIDAYS
A 50% surcharge applies to all Bank Holiday services.
On Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, our standard rates are doubled.
Please note that Dog Walking is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
KEY COLLECTIONS/ RETURNS
A £10 charge applies to key collections, key returns and any additional in-home consultations. Our initial consultation is complimentary.
This charge covers the additional travel time and costs involved.
Alternatively, you're welcome to drop off and collect your keys from our office in Warlingham at no additional charge.

Our cancellation terms vary depending on the notice given. Full details are included in our Terms & Conditions.
Dog Walking & Puppy Care
Cancellations must be received by 48hrs before the scheduled walk. Cancellations received after this time will be charged in full.
