We have worked relentlessly to become experienced and skilled in our field and we have just been awarded Dog Walker of the Year for London and the South East 24/25. We are truly dedicated to providing the animals in our care and their owners with a quality service.
Our rates reflect the high level of experience and service we provide. They also mean we can keep our group walks small and continue to invest in continued learning so that our clients can feel confident that we have the knowledge, experience and equipment to look after your pets safely.

PAYMENTS
Dog Walking services are invoiced weekly and payment taken via our automated payment service.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure pet sitting bookings. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the start date. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is received.
We do not accept cash payments. Late payment charges may apply. STP reserves the right to withhold services in the event of non-payment.

BANK HOLIDAYS
A 50% additional charge applies to all bank holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day where double rates wiAll apply.
We are unable to offer Dog Walking services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
KEY COLLECTIONS/ RETURNS
An additional charge of £10 will apply for key collections, key returns and additional in-home consultations (our initial consultation is complimentary).
This goes towards covering our travel costs and time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pet Sitting
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Cancellations received within 1 week of the first scheduled visit will be charged in full.
Dog Walking & Puppy Care
Cancellations must be received by 10am the day before the scheduled walk. Cancellations received after this time will be charged in full.
Puppy Training
Sessions must be cancelled at least 72hrs prior to the scheduled session.
