MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

Absolutely! If your pet becomes injured or sick whilst they are in our care and immediate veterinary care is required we will take them either to the your vet, or the nearest vet (if an emergency situation). In the first instance, we will always contact you or your emergency contact to discuss the situation and the course of action we will take. As part of our registration process we ask clients to sign a veterinary authorisation form.

Punctuality is important to us, however due to the many varying factors that can impact our day we operate a time block system. This means that for the mid-morning walk collections will take place between 10.30pm - 11.30am and for our early afternoon walk 12.30pm - 1.30pm.
