QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Common Enquiries
We know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, we’ve put together some of the questions I’m frequently asked. If there’s something we’ve missed, just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
Absolutely! If your pet becomes injured or sick whilst they are in our care and immediate veterinary care is required we will take them either to the your vet, or the nearest vet (if an emergency situation). In the first instance, we will always contact you or your emergency contact to discuss the situation and the course of action we will take. As part of our registration process we ask clients to sign a veterinary authorisation form.
DO YOU OFFER BOARDING, DAY CARE OR HOUSE SITTING?
Unfortunately not. We provide Award-Winning Dog Walking, Small Animal Sitting, Puppy Training and Puppy Care.
A great alternative to Day Care is our Doggy Day Our service. Find out more here
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT ONCE?
We are insured to walk six dogs per person. However, we operate a small group walking model. This means we walk take no more than 4/5 friendly, well-socialised dogs per walker and always within the councils guidelines
WHAT TIME ARE YOUR GROUP WALKS?
Punctuality is important to us, however due to the many varying factors that can impact our day we operate a time block system. This means that for the mid-morning walk collections will take place between 10.30pm - 11.30am and for our early afternoon walk 12.30pm - 1.30pm.
IS MY DOG SUITABLE FOR GROUP WALKS?
In order for us to ensure our group walks are safe, well-managed and most importantly fun, we have to make sure your dog meets our group walking criteria. To see if you dog is suitable read more here
WHERE DO YOU WALK?
Our walks are designed to do more than just exercise your dog, they're designed to enrich them. It is for this reason that we take advantage of the many amazing walking spots we have on our doorstep.
Dog's, like us, get bored if they walk the same walk day in, day out, so because of this we mix it up!
WILL YOU COME AND MEET ME AND MY PET FIRST?
Absolutely! Our free no-obligation in home consultation is a key part of our service. We appreciate that entrusting us with the care of your pet is an important and difficult decision. Therefore we feel that our no obligation in-home consultation is a very important part of our service. It allows you the chance to meet us, ask any questions you may have and also give us the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have and discuss any specific requirements for your pet.
