Dog in Action

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET? WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

Absolutely! If your pet becomes injured or sick whilst they are in our care and immediate veterinary care is required we will take them either to the your vet, or the nearest vet (if an emergency situation). In the first instance, we will always contact you or your emergency contact to discuss the situation and the course of action we will take. As part of our registration process we ask clients to sign a veterinary authorisation form.

DO YOU OFFER BOARDING, DAY CARE OR HOUSE SITTING?

Unfortunately not. We provide Award-Winning Dog Walking, Small Animal Sitting, Puppy Training and Puppy Care.

We do however offer Doggy Days Out which is a great alternative to a 'traditional' Day Care service. Find out more here

HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT ONCE?

We operate a small group walking model. This means that even though our insurance allows us to walk up to six dogs per person we take no more than 4 friendly, well-socialised dogs per walker and always within the councils guidelines.

NB. there may be rare occasions that we walk 5 dogs - usually when one of the team is off sick or on holiday.

WHAT TIME ARE YOUR GROUP WALKS?

Punctuality is important to us, however due to the many varying factors that can impact our day we operate a time block system. This means that for the mid-morning walk collections will take place between 10.30pm - 11.30am and for our early afternoon walk 12.30pm - 1.30pm.

IS MY DOG SUITABLE FOR GROUP WALKS?

In order for us to ensure our group walks are safe, well-managed and most importantly fun, we have to make sure your dog meets our group walking criteria. To see if you dog is suitable read more here

WHERE DO YOU WALK?

Our walks are designed to do more than just exercise your dog, they're designed to enrich them! For this reason that we take advantage of the many amazing walking spots we have on our doorstep.

Secure fields are a great option for some dogs, but, like us, dogs do get bored if they walk the same walk day in, day out, so because of this we mix it up to keep them stimulate mentally AND physically.

WILL YOU COME AND MEET ME AND MY PET FIRST?

Absolutely! Our free no-obligation in home consultation is a key part of our Dog Walking and Pet Sitting services. We appreciate that entrusting us with the care of your pet is an important and difficult decision. Therefore we feel that our no obligation in-home consultation is a very important part of our service. It allows you the chance to meet us, ask any questions you may have and also give us the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have and discuss any specific requirements for your pet.

Interested in our Training Service? Please get in touch to arrange a 10 minute discovery call to discuss how we can help you.

MY DOG NEEDS SPACE, DO YOU ONLY OFFER GROUP WALKS?

Nope! We know that not all dogs like to be in the company of others. That's why we also offer a 121 service. This may be because your dog is reactive, is recovering from injury or needs a more personalised service. If you need something more specific do give us a call and we'd be happy to discuss this with you!
